HOIST & CRANE HIRE
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT
Our hoist have various weight limits, these range from 200-400kg.
WHAT CAN BE CARRIED ON THE LIFTING PLATFORM
Virtually anything, sofa’s, wardrobes, large American type refrigerators, kitchen work tops, cookers/ovens, bathroom suites, air conditioning units, solar panel’s and water tanks.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT THAT CAN BE REACHED
This is dependent on the hoist or crane we use, however typically 25-30 Metres or 80 feet.
WHERE MUST THE ELEVATOR BE POSITIONED
The elevator must be positioned directly below the window or balcony on the same vertical line so that the elevator ladder can rest squarely against the building , window sill or balcony.
CAN WE LIFT INTO AND FROM BASEMENTS
Yes we access basement areas using a mini crane or HIAB crane.

Crew Hire
What qualifications do our teams have?
All of our crews have manual handling training and some have CSCS cards.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED WEIGHT ONE CREW MEMBER SHOULD LIFT
The legal manual handling guidelines suggest that the maximum safe lifting weight is 25kg however we use various types of manual handling equipment such as straps, dollies, trollies and more to increase this.
WHAT CAN OUR CREW MOVE
With the vast array of experience the crew have, they can move building materials, furniture, office equipment, glass/mirrors and much more.
WHAT TIMES DO OUR CREW WORK
We can offer day or night shifts to best suit the needs of our clients and customers.
GENERAL
PARKING RESTRICTIONS
Parking tickets & parking suspensions are the responsibility of the hirer as are any local authority permits, however we can assist with applying for these where necessary.
WHICH AREAS ARE COVERED
We are based in London, however we can cover the whole of the UK.
HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE
We quote each booking individually, depending on items, time and what type of equipment may be required.
